More about
Sincere Path

At Sincere Path, I offer integrative health and wellness consulting, life coaching, and program development to support individuals navigating life’s transitions with greater stability, balance, and authenticity.

Like water carving its own course, my role is to help you rediscover your natural flow — empowering you to align with your values, express your needs with confidence, and move forward with intention. I specialize in working with those on unique, nontraditional paths — including LGBTQ+ individuals and others redefining life on their own terms — offering guidance rooted in compassion, resilience, and self-trust.

Through a thoughtful, integrative approach, I help you foster personal growth, nurture emotional well-being, and create a life that feels aligned, empowered, and true to who you are.

About me

  • Coaching with me isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about reconnecting with who you are and building a life that feels aligned, intentional, and true.

I’m Niish Xa, a life coach and integrative health and wellness professional with over eight years of experience supporting individuals through transition, identity shifts, and personal growth. My work blends emotional clarity with grounded tools — creating a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

I am originally from Alaska, where life moves a little differently. I was homeschooled , which gave me both freedom and responsibility — and as someone with dyslexia, I quickly learned that I’d need to carve my own way. The world wasn’t designed for how I process and experience it. Thus I created my own tools, learned to trust my rhythm, and found strength in doing things differently.

That experience is the foundation of my work today. I understand what it’s like to live outside the mold, to feel misunderstood, and to build a path that is fully your own — not because it’s easy, but because it’s necessary.

I originally set out to become an occupational therapist, but what drew me in wasn’t the clinical side — it was the human side. I cared more about helping people reconnect with their lives, their values, and their sense of self. That led me to life coaching.

In my years as a chiropractic assistant and wellness coordinator, I helped design health programs for tribal health services that focused not just on treatment, but on empowerment. I saw firsthand the importance of supporting people in building foundations for their own well-being — which ultimately led me to pursue a degree in Integrative Health and Wellness with a specialization in life coaching.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I also know how deeply personal the journey toward self-acceptance can be. Whether you’re redefining your lifestyle, embracing new aspects of yourself, or moving through a time of change, I’m here to offer sincere support — not to shape you into something else, but to help you grow more fully into who you already are.

This is what Sincere Path is all about.
Not a formula, not a destination — but a space to walk your own path with courage, clarity, and care. With a teacup in one hand, and a wrench in the other I’m here to support.

  • • B.A. in Integrative Health & Wellness, Maharishi International University (Graduated with Honors)
    • Specialization in Life & Wellness Coaching
    • Certification: Occupational Therapist Aide
    • Studies in Ayurveda and holistic wellness principles
    • Completed coursework through Purdue Global’s Science of Health and Wellness Program
    • 8+ years experience in integrative health, coaching, and client-centered wellness
    • Program development experience in tribal and nonprofit health settings
    • Background in chiropractic care, functional medicine, and disability support services

My journey into integrative wellness began with a deep interest in how people heal, grow, and reconnect with their lives in sustainable, self-honoring ways.

I began my studies through Purdue Global’s Science of Health and Wellness program, and later transferred to Maharishi International University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellness with a specialization in Life and Wellness Coaching. During my time at MIU, I also studied Ayurveda, exploring how traditional healing principles can support balance in modern life. I graduated with honors.

In addition to my academic background, I hold a certification as an Occupational Therapist Aide and have practical experience across a wide range of wellness settings — including chiropractic care, functional medicine, and nonprofit support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

I’ve supported clients one-on-one, developed wellness programs, and coordinated care for diverse communities. These experiences have shaped a coaching and consulting approach that is not only evidence-informed, but also deeply human — flexible, respectful, and built to meet each person exactly where they are.

  • My approach is sincere, adaptive, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when we pause — not when we push harder.

At the heart of my work is something I call the mindful wrench — a coaching technique that intentionally interrupts patterns that no longer serve you. Think of it as “throwing a wrench in the autopilot.” Whether it’s a habit, mindset, or routine, this tool invites you to slow down, notice what’s actually happening, and gently disrupt the cycle with awareness and choice.

This isn’t about chaos or forcing change — it’s about creating space. Sometimes, all it takes is a small, intentional disruption to reorient you toward your truth. My role is to help you notice those moments, and use them to realign with your values, energy, and goals.

    I work with clients through:

    • Honest reflection and values-based guidance

    • Gentle accountability rooted in compassion

    • Sustainable habit building and personalized structure

    • A trauma-aware, client-centered process of self-discovery

I don’t offer one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I offer tools that meet you in the present moment — and help you create movement from a place of clarity, not urgency.

What Is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process designed to help individuals gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and take empowered action toward a more aligned and fulfilling life. It is based on the belief that each person is whole, capable, and resourceful — and that with the right support, they can access their own wisdom and create positive, lasting change.

    • Support you in identifying and clarifying your goals

    • Help you navigate transitions, challenges, or decision points

    • Offer insight, reflection, and structure to move past obstacles

    • Guide you in building sustainable habits and self-awareness

    • Keep you aligned and accountable to the life you’re creating

    • Defining your personal values and life direction

    • Building confidence, boundaries, and emotional resilience

    • Creating healthy routines and intentional lifestyle changes

    • Managing stress and avoiding burnout

    • Navigating identity shifts or rediscovering your sense of purpose

What Life Coaching Is NOT

While life coaching is highly supportive and transformative, it is not a substitute for mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or medical care. As a certified life coach and integrative wellness professional, I am not licensed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, nor do I prescribe medications or provide clinical interventions.

If you’re experiencing trauma, severe emotional distress, or symptoms of a mental health disorder (such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD), I recommend seeking support from a licensed therapist or medical provider. I’m happy to offer referrals or collaborate when appropriate.

  • Before we begin, we’ll review a client agreement that outlines our working relationship, session structure, and confidentiality. This ensures we’re aligned in expectations and gives you peace of mind knowing that your coaching journey will be held with professionalism and care.

  • As a life coach and integrative health and wellness professional, I hold myself to high ethical standards rooted in respect, integrity, and professionalism. Before we begin, you’ll receive a copy of my Code of Ethics, which outlines the values and guidelines that shape how I work — including confidentiality, boundaries, and client-centered conduct.

My goal is to create a space that feels safe, transparent, and grounded in mutual respect. If you ever have questions about my approach or scope of practice, I’m always open to a clear and honest conversation.

  • When all is said, coaching is a personal journey — and it’s important to find someone who truly aligns with your needs, values, and goals.

Sometimes, that may mean working with a different coach or even a different type of professional altogether, especially if your needs fall outside the scope of coaching or wellness consulting. If that’s the case, I’m happy to help point you in the right direction.

Above all, your growth and well-being come first — and I want you to feel empowered in choosing the path that best supports you.

  • Life coaching can complement mental health care or medical treatment when all parties are in agreement and clear boundaries are established. In these cases, I’ll work respectfully within my scope, and communication will be handled professionally and ethically.

Why Integrative Health?

Integrative health is a whole-person approach to well-being — one that considers not just symptoms, but the full picture of your life. It acknowledges that your physical health, emotional balance, daily habits, environment, and inner life are all connected. When one area feels off, it often impacts everything else.

I use integrative health practices because they offer practical, sustainable tools that help you reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and create routines that actually support how you live. This isn’t about following a strict plan or reaching perfection — it’s about learning how to care for yourself in ways that are honest, flexible, and rooted in what really works for you.

  • True wellness isn’t found in isolated fixes — it comes from honoring the full picture of who you are.

That’s why my work blends integrative health and wellness consulting with client-centered guidance. I don’t focus on one piece of your life — I help you explore how it all connects: your physical health, mental and emotional state, daily habits, identity, purpose, and energy.

As an integrative practitioner, I work from a complementary health perspective — meaning I don’t replace medical or mental health care, but offer an added layer of support that often fills the gaps left by conventional systems. When someone feels stuck, disconnected, or burned out, it’s rarely just one thing — and I’m here to help you sort through the mess and find your own sustainable rhythm again.

  • This is more than coaching. This is whole-person support grounded in sincerity, science, and self-discovery.

What sets my work apart is the integrative lens I bring to every session. With training in wellness, behavioral support, and holistic systems, I help clients:

    • Understand how their body, emotions, environment, and habits affect each other

    • Create simple, functional routines that support balance and well-being

    • Reconnect with their values, boundaries, and personal vision

    • Take action from a place of clarity, not pressure

    • Build resilience through aligned, doable changes — not drastic overhauls

This approach is especially helpful for clients who are:

    • Overwhelmed by rigid wellness culture

    • Neurodivergent or on nontraditional life paths

    • Craving real change, but unsure where to begin

    • In transition and seeking meaningful structure and support

  • Through our work together, integrative health can support you in building a stronger mind-body connection, improving your relationship with food and eating habits, and creating routines that bring more balance, energy, and clarity to your day-to-day life. Whether you’re exploring stress management tools, refining your sleep patterns, learning how to care for yourself in changing seasons of life, or simply trying to feel more at home in your body — this work is about creating alignment that lasts. It's not about perfection. It's about making space for your well-being to become something steady, personalized, and nourishing.
